Project Overview
Z Games, a leading gaming and electronics retailer in the Middle East, partnered with NVIDIA to showcase GPU performance and live gaming capability at Middle East Film & Comic Con Abu Dhabi 2025. The activation required a visually striking exhibition presence capable of supporting continuous demonstrations, audience engagement and high-energy brand visibility within a crowded pop-culture environment.
The brief called for a stand design that could carry NVIDIA’s performance-led identity while accommodating live gameplay zones, screen visibility and overhead branding. Pangea Events was appointed to develop the exhibition stand design and technical planning, focusing on spatial clarity, structural feasibility and visual impact. Fabrication and on-site construction were executed by the client’s appointed vendor, with Pangea collaborating closely to ensure the design intent was accurately translated into the final build.

Given the scale and energy of Comic Con, the stand needed to stand out without becoming visually cluttered, while remaining technically sound for continuous use over multiple days.

1. Exhibition Stand Design & Spatial Planning
Pangea developed the overall stand concept, focusing on zoning, visitor circulation and clear separation between gameplay areas and audience viewing zones. The layout was designed to encourage dwell time while keeping movement fluid during peak footfall periods.
2. Structural Truss Design
A key feature of the stand was the overhead truss structure, designed by Pangea to create vertical presence and support lighting and visual framing. The truss layout was planned with load considerations, sightline clearance and compliance with ADNEC exhibition guidelines, enabling safe and effective execution by the fabrication partner.
3. LED Screen Integration
LED screens were strategically positioned to ensure visibility of gameplay content from multiple angles within the hall. Pangea planned screen placement, scale and orientation to balance immersion with technical practicality, supporting uninterrupted live demos and brand messaging throughout the event.
4. Coordination with Fabrication Partner
While fabrication and installation were handled by the client’s vendor, Pangea remained involved during the coordination phase to ensure the design intent, proportions and technical logic were preserved during execution. This collaborative approach helped maintain design accuracy on site.
Outcome
The completed stand delivered a strong visual and functional presence at Middle East Film & Comic Con Abu Dhabi 2025. Live gaming demonstrations ran continuously, supported by clear LED visibility and a structured overhead framework that enhanced brand recognition without overpowering the space.
