The programme required a carefully designed environment that balanced professionalism, celebration and a strong visual storytelling moment centred around a property reveal. Pangea Events was appointed to design, produce and manage the complete event experience. The scope included creative design, technical production, fabrication, entertainment, branded elements and media coverage, all delivered under one coordinated structure. A key requirement was the creation of a standout reveal moment that would anchor the evening and leave a lasting impression on the audience.

Ahmadyar Real Estate required an event partner capable of delivering a visually striking yet technically controlled corporate programme. The event needed to communicate brand strength, celebrate success and introduce a new property model in a way that felt premium, memorable and credible. 1. Stage Design, Fabrication & Trophy Production
Pangea designed and fabricated a custom stage environment aligned with Ahmadyar’s brand identity. The stage served as the central visual anchor for the evening, supporting presentations, award moments and the property reveal. Custom trophies were also designed and produced for recognition segments, reinforcing brand consistency and event significance.
2. LED Box Reveal Installation
The centrepiece of the event was a bespoke LED box installation engineered as a reveal mechanism. The structure consisted of four LED walls forming a box, activated through the press of a large, circular button on stage. Upon activation, the LED box elevated upwards to reveal a property model building positioned beneath it. This moment was precisely timed, rehearsed and executed, creating the most impactful and memorable highlight of the evening.
3. AV Setup & Technical Execution
A complete AV system was installed to support speeches, presentations, music and visual content. Sound, lighting and LED playback were carefully calibrated to ensure clarity and balance throughout the programme. The AV setup was managed live by Pangea’s technical team, ensuring smooth cue execution and uninterrupted flow.
4. Entertainment Programming
Pangea curated and managed a diverse entertainment lineup suited to a corporate audience, including a live violinist, an emcee to guide the programme, a DJ, and a live band featuring a singer, guitarist and drummer. Each performance was scheduled strategically to maintain energy without overpowering key programme moments.
5. Branding, Giveaways & Media Coverage
Corporate giveaways were produced in branded Ahmadyar paper bags and distributed as part of the guest experience. Event photography and videography were managed throughout the evening to capture the stage moments, audience reactions, entertainment and the property reveal, providing the client with high-quality visual assets for post-event use.
6. Project Management & On-Site Coordination
All elements were delivered under one project management structure, with Pangea overseeing design approvals, fabrication, logistics, rehearsals and live execution. On-site coordination ensured that the event operated seamlessly, allowing the client to focus entirely on their guests and objectives.
